Synopsis
Convoy The Musical, tells the story of Eli “Byrdie” Perkins, a disillusioned corporate attorney who walks away from her high-powered LA job to help her father, Dean “Rubber Duck” Perkins, fight back against sweeping legislation that threatens independent truckers. The ruthless billionaire CEO Ronald Trask is automating the roads, using corrupt politicians and dirty deals to clear the way for his autonomous fleet.
As truckers across the country band together in a massive protest convoy from Los Angeles to Trask Headquarters in New York City, Byrdie finds her voice, her people, and the road to redemption. Set to a high-octane soundtrack of rock anthems and country grit, Convoy is a jukebox joyride of rebellion, family, and the unstoppable power of unity.
